I'm Dorothee Tshiela, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor in Minnesota, with more than 10 years in the field.
Alongside my clinical practice, I work with therapists, social workers, school staff, agencies, and community organizations, through supervision, training, and resources built for the realities of this work rather than the version of it in textbooks.
