About Me
I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Minnesota, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Wisconsin and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.
I work with teens and adults who are carrying a lot whether it’s anxiety, trauma, low self-worth, depression, or just trying to keep it together when life won’t slow down. I offer individual, couples, and family therapy that’s real, affirming, and rooted in connection (with a little humor when it helps).
Outside of the therapy room, I provide mental health and wellness trainings and workshops for schools, nonprofits, and community groups.
If you’re ready to feel a little more like yourself again let’s start Envisioning Wellness together.
My Approach to Therapy
I work with teenagers (ages 15–18) and adults. I currently see clients on Thursday afternoons and all day Fridays.
My approach is person-centered and culturally responsive. I show up as my full self in the therapy room direct, compassionate, and real.
I use humor, empathy, and honesty to build meaningful relationships with my clients, and I value taking the time to get to know not just you, but the context you live in your story, your people, your pace.
There’s often laughter, and also space for deep, sometimes difficult work. Therapy with me isn’t one-size-fits-all it’s collaborative, flexible, and grounded in trust. You’ll be supported and encouraged through the process in a way that feels human, not clinical or distant.
I’ve worked extensively with people from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds, including immigrants and first-generation Americans. While I don’t hold an LGBTQ+ identity, I strive to offer an affirming and safe space for LGBTQ+ clients.
As an eclectic therapist, I blend several approaches based on your needs. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR) Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I use approached from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, and more. Together, we’ll figure out what works best for you.
What Envisioning Wellness Means in My Practice
Each person comes into therapy with their own unique experiences, needs, and goals. I believe therapy works best when it’s collaborative because you’re the expert on your life, and I’m here to support, guide, and walk alongside you.
At Envisioning Wellness, we approach healing as a team. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, celebrate what’s working, and co-create strategies that align with your values and vision. I strive to create a space that feels warm, grounded, and safe where you can show up fully, even on the hard days.
My goal is to empower you to take an active role in your healing, so you can live a life that feels more meaningful, more connected, and more like you.

A Little More About Me
When I’m not in session, I’m probably listening to music 90s and early 2000s R&B and hip-hop are always on repeat. Some of my favorite artists? Jazmine Sullivan, Adele, Tems, Victoria Monét, Doechii, Ari Lennox, Beyoncé, Paramore, Glorilla and her crew, Wizkid, Missy Elliott, Rihanna, Kendrick , and of course, Megan Thee Stallion (aka the Hot Girl Coach aka the Houston Hottie).
Real Hot Girl Sh— 😁🤭
I love The Read podcast, and TikTok keeps me laughing on the rough days.
Over the years, I’ve fallen in love with yoga, and recently added Pilates to the mix.
I also enjoy reading, spending time with family and friends, taking walks by the lake, and traveling.
I believe joy, connection, and rest are just as important to healing as reflection and growth. Therapy with me includes space for all of it.
