Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: October 1, 2026
Last Reviewed: October 1, 2026
Envisioning Wellness LLC wants everyone to be able to use this website and our services, including people with disabilities. Equal access to mental health information and care matters to us.
Our Goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We are a small, independent practice, so this is an ongoing effort and not a finished task.
Where we are today
We have not yet completed a full accessibility audit of this website.
What we try to provide:
Clear headings and page titles.
A "Skip to Content" link so keyboard users can bypass the menu.
Navigation that works with a keyboard.
Text with enough contrast against its background.
Descriptive text alternatives for images that carry information. Purely decorative images may have no text alternative.
A layout that adjusts to phones, tablets and computers.
Known Limits
Some tools on this site come from other companies. We do not fully control them. These are: SimplePractice (our client portal, electronic health record and scheduling), Squarespace Payments (our store), YouTube (for videos we link to).
Some older documents and PDFs may not be fully accessible yet. We will send an accessible version on request.
Telehealth accessibility
We provide sessions through Zoom, a HIPAA-compliant platform. If you need a different format, a different platform, a longer session setup, or another accommodation, tell us. We will work out an option with you.
How to ask for help
You can reach us in any of these ways:
Phone: (952) 314-8364
Email: dorothee@envisioningwellness.com
Contact form: envisioningwellness.com/contactus
Relay service: if you use a relay service, you can call us through it. In the United States, dial 711 to reach one.
It helps if you tell us:
The page or file you were trying to use.
What went wrong.
The format or accommodation you prefer.
We will reply within 5 business days and will offer an accessible alternative as soon as we can.
Keeping this page current
We review this statement at least once a year and after major website changes. We plan to add captions to the videos we publish. YouTube's player may affect how captions display. Thank you for helping us make Envisioning Wellness work for more people.
