Envisioning Wellness Together

Reach Out

Therapy that centers your humanity, culture, and lived experience.

Welcome to Envisioning Wellness!

If you’re here, something in your life may feel heavy, overwhelming, or no longer sustainable. Many of the people I work with are used to being the ones who hold everything together for family, work, or community often quietly, sometimes with a smile, and usually at their own expense.

Choosing to seek support is not a small step, it’s an intentional act of care for yourself.

Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with who you are beneath the expectations, responsibilities, and pressures you carry.

At Envisioning Wellness, I work alongside you to help make sense of what you’ve been through and support meaningful, sustainable growth.

Let’s work on envisioning wellness together.

Sign stating this must be the place

I provide compassion-focused, culturally responsive therapy grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and respect for your lived experience.

My style is warm, direct, and honest supportive without sugarcoating, and rooted in care and respect. Therapy isn’t about fixing you; it’s about understanding what you’ve been carrying, how it’s shaped you, and what you need moving forward.

Our work together creates space for reflection, emotional awareness, and skill-building, while also acknowledging the broader systems, relationships, and cultural contexts that impact your mental health.

My work is informed by evidence-based approaches including EMDR, DBT, and trauma-focused therapies, integrated in a way that fits your needs.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in Minnesota and currently offer telehealth therapy, allowing clients to receive care from the comfort and privacy of their own space. In-person availability is limited.

If you’re unsure whether this approach is the right fit, your questions are welcome.

My Approach

About Me

 Who I Work With

Envisioning Wellness provides culturally responsive, compassion-focused therapy for teens and adults seeking meaningful support, reflection, and growth.

I work with teens and adults who may be navigating:

  • Anxiety, stress, or feeling overwhelmed

  • Depression or low mood

  • Burnout and emotional exhaustion

  • Relationship and family challenges

  • Trauma and difficult life experiences

  • Life transitions and identity exploration

  • Cultural, religious, or community expectations

Many of my clients are people who have spent years being strong for others and are now realizing they need space to be supported too.

I specialize in working with individuals from Black, Brown, Asian, Indigenous, Multiracial, and LGBTQIA+ individuals. I welcome all clients who value culturally responsive, affirming care.

Please note: Clients must be physically located in a state where I am licensed at the time of the session.

This may be a good fit if you:

  • Are seeking individual therapy for yourself or your teen

  • Want a therapist who is honest, compassionate, and culturally aware

  • Value a reflective, relational approach

  • Are open to telehealth sessions

  • Are looking for meaningful, sustainable change

This may not be the best fit if you:

  • Are seeking emergency or crisis services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are in immediate danger, please call 911 or 988.

  • Need intensive or daily support

  • Are requesting court evaluations or legal documentation

A Culturally Responsive Space

At Envisioning Wellness, my mission is to provide culturally responsive, compassionate mental health care for individuals and families who have often been overlooked, misunderstood, or underserved within the healthcare system.

Culture, identity, community, and history matter in the therapy room.

As a clinician, I intentionally consider how race, culture, religion, gender, sexuality, family roles, and systemic barriers shape your experiences and mental health. Healing looks different for each person, and therapy should reflect that.

Healing does not require you to assimilate, minimize your story, or navigate systems alone. Therapy here is about support, connection, and making space for growth that feels authentic and sustainable. You do not need to explain or justify who you are here. Together, we work in ways that are respectful, affirming, and aligned with your values.

There’s no pressure to have everything figured out before reaching out. We take this one step at a time.

“Empathy:

Let me hold the door for you.

I may have never walked in your shoes, but I can see your soles are worn, your strength is torn under the weight of a story I have never lived before.

Let me hold the door for you. After all you’ve walked through, It’s the least I can do.”
